ABOUT PROJECT
The Saigon Realty project involved designing a comprehensive, responsive property listing website and a robust platform for real estate agents. The primary focus was to create a seamless user experience for both property seekers and real estate agents, making property browsing and management intuitive and efficient.
DESIGNING GOALS
My primary design goal for Saigon Realty was to create a seamless, dual-purpose platform serving both property seekers and real estate agents. For users, I designed a clean, intuitive interface with advanced search and filtering to make finding the perfect property a simple and efficient process. For agents, I developed a robust SaaS platform with all the tools they need to easily add, update, and manage their listings, streamlining their entire workflow.
CHALLENGES
Complex User Requirements
We conducted extensive user research and gathered feedback from both groups to understand their pain points and requirements. Designed separate user interfaces for property seekers and agents, ensuring each group had access to the features they needed most.

Multi-Level Information Complexity
To make navigating complex property data feel effortless, I implemented a clear hierarchical information structure. I designed the property pages to be highly intuitive, grouping key details like facilities and amenities into organized tabs and expandable sections. This prevented information overload and allowed users to easily find what they needed, all while ensuring a smooth, responsive experience powered by a robust backend.
