INTRODUCTION
Let's reimagine the digital face of a leading orthopedic hospital. This project encompassed a complete visual and interaction redesign, focusing on delivering a superior, user-friendly experience across all devices.
DESIGNING GOALS
My core objective for the SaigonITO redesign was to create an intuitive, professional, and fully responsive interface. This meant modernizing the visual identity, simplifying complex information into an easily navigable structure, and optimizing user flows for critical tasks like appointment booking. Ultimately, the goal was to elevate the overall user experience, reflecting SaigonITO's trusted reputation for advanced medical care across all digital touchpoints.
CHALLENGES
"Not so fun" fact: As of the time of showcasing this project, the old SaigonITO website is no longer live/available. Therefore, I am unable to display the previous version for comparison. Please enjoy only the new visual design.
Overwhelming Information Density
I implemented a modular content structure, utilizing clear headings, bullet points, accordions, and infographics. This broke down complex information into digestible chunks, improving readability and scanability.

outdated visual aesthetics
The previous UI felt dated, lacking the modern, trustworthy, and professional look expected from a leading hospital. Therefore, I introduced a refreshed color palette that combined professional blues shades with clean whites, complemented by a modern, legible typography system. High-quality imagery of the hospital's facilities and staff was integrated to convey trust and expertise.

Complex Appointment Booking Process
The previous appointment booking system was multi-step and confusing, leading to potential user drop-off. So, I streamlined the booking form into a clear, guided, one-screen. Simplified input fields and clear validation messages were implemented to reduce user errors and frustration.

Lack of Trust & Credibility Indicators
While SaigonITO is a reputable hospital, the old UI didn't effectively convey its expertise or build immediate trust with new visitors. Understanding that, I strategically placed testimonials, doctor profiles, and supported insurance partners. A dedicated "Why us" section was enhanced with professional photography and clear statements of mission/vision, boosting credibility.
